• Our business model is organized around projects and the ability to move our resources from project to project based on the needs of the business, requirements of our customers, and the specific project specifications and objectives.

• Our organizational model is built around lines of business, general managers for those lines of business, and a virtual organization of permanent staff, affiliates and outside consultants and contractors. We will continue to develop the flexibility to respond quickly to market needs and opportunities while building the necessary infrastructure, methodologies and tools to support that responsiveness while providing consistent quality to our customer projects.
