Our Processes

We feel our processes address the critical issues of timing, quality, and risk avoidance, and are thereby instrumental in leaving all parties satisfied with the transaction and the ongoing relationship.

  • Timing
    We sense the urgency to meet the customer's project or hiring needs. Our target is a 48-hour turnaround from the time the customer provides us with a job requisition until we submit one or more qualified candidates for the position. We can normally provide pre-screened qualified candidates within 72 hours even on the most unique position requirements. If we don't have a candidate that we feel is qualified for the customer's job, we won't submit anyone.

  • Quality
    Provide a professional service to the Customer to enhance the right fit of a
    Candidate to the Customer's Specifications via attention to the complete Quality Process:
    • Validate the candidate's resume and skills through a personal screening and interview process.
    • Use our own proprietary Candidate Data Sheet (CDS) for getting more specific information, including a self-rating of key skills and experience. That information is then placed in the candidate's database.
    • Meet the candidate in person when it is logistically possible.
    • Check references using our proven method for getting candid and accurate references on the candidate.
    • Qualify the candidate for the right to work in the United States, and review immigration documents for non-U.S. citizens.

  • Risk Avoidance
    • Our comprehensive contractual agreements with customers and contract firms or individuals protect the tax and legal status of all parties against risk.
    • Required Insurance Coverage:
      The Duncan Group maintains General Liability and Workmen's Compensation Insurance as required by law and by our customers.
    • Background checks are conducted by a professional national firm.

  • Satisfaction for all Parties
    The Duncan Group is focused on the objective of win/win transactions where all parties are satisfied with the outcome, whether for placement of full-time employees, placement of contractors, or successful completion of turnkey projects for the Customer.
